Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your thobe must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging
• Free from any marks, stains, or alterations

4. Drop it off at your nearest post office or arrange collection
5. We'll process your refund within 5-7 working days of receiving your return

• Photos of the damage or fault
• Brief description of the issue
